Our Data Sources

27point1.com currently has relationships with two different data sources, Experian the largest data source in the world and VOA which is based around council tax banding (hence VOA data being home based rather than individual based).

Experian

Currently the site has been designed to be effectively a ‘gateway’ to Experian’s data. If you are currently a list provider using Experian data then your relationship with Experian will remain unchanged and the system is designed to be an effective way of researching and creating lists using their data . . . . saving you time and improving the service to your clients. We receive a new data set from Experian on a monthly basis.

VOA

We have used the VOA data set to enhance the number of records available in the system. VOA gives a limited amount of information centred around the property and it’s council tax banding. We receive a new data set from VOA on a ongoing basis.
